With City Wide Real Estate, I as your marketing consultant, I will communicate with you regularly providing buyer feedback, and also negotiate on your behalf. You will not be under the pressure of negotiating with the salesperson that is also dealing with the purchaser and, obviously, has a vested interest in having the offer accepted.

As your consultant, I will know of any other potential interest and will be able to advise whether the offer should be considered or put on hold while other negotiations are exhausted. This ensures that the best price is obtained in the market at that time and no opportunity for a better price has been missed. Unlike many agents, when you market your home with City Wide Real Estate your property does not come off the market until an agreement is reached.
