Inspections

If you, as vendors are in agreement with opening the property to the public, we would open the property each week on either Saturday, Sunday or both days for a period of up to ¾ of an hour (usually 30 minutes). City Wide Real Estate takes every precaution to protect your security including a complete list of names and phone numbers of people who inspect.

Inspection Reporting

The only manner in which you, as vendor may, make a decision with confidence to accept or reject any offers on your property is to be totally educated to the reaction to the property by prospective purchasers. City Wide Real Estate keep a complete history of all prospective purchasers through the property, and their comments which are in turn relayed to you on a regular basis.
