Page 1 of 5 Property Appraisal • We will provide vendors with an assessment of their property's market worth. • All assessments are based on a variety of methods such as, the analysis of comparable sales, evidence sourced from our own and industry records, auction and private sales results of properties sold in the area and market trends. In addition to this historical data, other relevant and current market factors are also evaluated. • It is not our policy to inflate (over-quote) a vendor's property value with the object of obtaining a listing. Property Pricing & Quotation • Following our assessment of the property, collectively with the vendor, we implement the most suitable pricing strategy. • It is not our policy to either under-quote or over-quote the value of a vendor's property. • All prospective purchasers are given every opportunity to submit their absolute best offer on a vendor's property after negotiation with our agents. • All offers for the property received by City Wide during the course of a marketing campaign will be promptly submitted to the vendor and a response provided to a potential purchaser within 24 hours. • We provide the vendor with the most reasonable expectation in receiving the best and highest possible price for their property. • All negotiations are dealt with any prospective purchasers with a price range within which they may assess, with a rational degree of accuracy, the cost at which the property may be secured.
